Privacy Policy - Dreamtide - Sleep Sounds & Relaxing Mix

Welcome to Dreamtide, an offline white noise, sleep sounds, and relaxing ambient music generator mobile application. Your privacy is our highest priority. This policy outlines our commitment that we do not collect, store, or share any of your personal data.

1. Data Collection & Storage

All your custom sound mixes, volume preferences, sleep timers, and favorite presets are created by you and stored 100% locally on your physical mobile device inside encrypted storage.

• We do not operate central database servers to collect or store your personal entries.
• Your data is stored directly on your physical mobile device and secured according to OS encryption standards.

2. Device Permissions

The App may request basic permissions on your device to execute core features:

• Foreground Service & Audio: Used exclusively to play relaxing ambient sounds continuously in the background even when your device screen is turned off.
• Notifications: Used strictly to provide media playback controls (play, pause, stop timer) on your device's lock screen and notification bar.

3. Third-Party Sharing

Because all your personal records stay on your physical device, we cannot and do not share or sell your logs with any third parties.

In-App Advertisements: We use trusted ad networks (AdMob / AppLovin) to display advertisements. These networks may process non-sensitive device advertising IDs according to Google / Apple policy to serve relevant ads.

4. User Control & Data Rights

You retain full control over your data. Uninstalling the App or manually clearing application data permanently deletes all records from your device storage.
