Challenges & Pain Points

Outdated Position Tracking

The legacy system lacked real-time position aggregation across commodity classes, forcing traders and risk officers to manually compile exposure reports from multiple data sources.

Manual Settlement & Reporting

Settlement processes and regulatory reports were generated manually, creating delays in end-of-day reconciliation and increasing the risk of reporting errors to regulators.

Our Solution

01

Modernized Trading Engine

Rebuilt the core trading module on C# .NET with real-time position aggregation, contract lifecycle tracking (open → margin → settle → expire), and automated mark-to-market calculations.

02

Automated Reporting Suite

Implemented automated end-of-day settlement workflows and regulatory report generation compliant with State Bank of Vietnam requirements. Reports auto-export to required formats with full audit trails.
