A centralized parameter management platform built for BIDV's Internet Banking ecosystem. The system manages the full lifecycle of core banking parameters : from fee codes and fee packages to customer registrations, system limits, exchange rates, and automated daily jobs. Every configuration change follows a maker-checker approval workflow before reaching production, reducing human error and ensuring regulatory compliance across BIDV's nationwide branch network.

Challenges & Pain Points
Fragmented Parameter Systems
Banking parameters (fee codes, service packages, exchange rates, system limits) were scattered across multiple legacy subsystems with no single source of truth. A single fee change required manual updates across several disconnected systems.
Manual Approval Bottlenecks
Parameter changes went through manual approval chains with no standardized digital workflow. Turnaround for fee package updates was slow due to multi-level sign-offs. No audit trail existed for rejected or modified requests.
High-Risk Configuration Deployment
Parameter changes directly impacted millions of customer accounts across all branches simultaneously. A misconfigured fee formula or incorrect exchange rate could cause bank-wide financial discrepancies within minutes.

Built a single platform managing 15+ parameter categories: fee codes, fee packages, customer fee registration (individual & batch), fee collection methods, standard banking packages, connectivity configurations, bank code mappings, exchange rates, system limits, transaction parameters, and electronic form templates. All accessible from one unified dashboard.
Multi-Level Maker-Checker Workflows
Implemented digital approval workflows with full lifecycle tracking: create → submit → approve/reject → return → re-submit. Every action is timestamped and attributed. Approval delegation and escalation rules configurable per parameter category.
Automated Daily Jobs & Sync Engine
Designed and deployed automated batch jobs: daily fee package assignment for customers, real-time fee recalculation on registration changes, fee data synchronization between the banking platform and the integrated fee collection system, and periodic/annual fee aggregation reports.
Comprehensive Reporting & Audit Trail
Built 10+ report modules: customer registration reports, user registration reports, login history, customer change history, user change history, request/response logs, fee schedule reports, periodic fee reports, contracted fee reports : all with Excel export and granular filtering.
